These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the https://intertoons.com website (the “Website”) and the services offered by Intertoons Internet Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Intertoons”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the Website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Intertoons provides web design and development, mobile app development, e-commerce (including Shopify and Wix), software development, AI solutions, digital marketing and related consulting and support services. The scope, timeline, deliverables and fees for each project are set out in a written proposal, quotation or agreement agreed between you and Intertoons.
Work outside the agreed scope is treated as a change request and may affect cost and timeline. We will confirm any change with you in writing before starting that work.
Once all payments are received in full, ownership of the custom deliverables created for you passes to you. Intertoons retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, code libraries, frameworks and know-how, and of any third-party or open-source components, which remain subject to their own licences. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of the project, except where disclosure is required by law.
We aim to deliver work that functions as described in the agreed scope. Any defects reported within the support period stated in your agreement will be fixed at no extra cost. Ongoing maintenance and support beyond that period are provided under a separate plan. We do not guarantee specific business results such as search rankings, traffic, sales or advertising performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intertoons will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or data arising from the use of the Website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.
Either party may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the date of termination. We may suspend or end access to the Website for anyone who breaches these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the Website means you accept the changes.
